Speaker for Your Event
David Paul brings over twenty years of experience guiding individuals and organizations through growth and change.
As a senior leader with the Human Rights Campaign, David worked with volunteer leaders and executives across the country—helping them plan strategically, strengthen communication, and advance equality for LGBTQ+ people. He also trained teams using leadership development tools like the MBTI (Meyers-Briggs) and communication workshops.
David holds a Master of Divinity and has studied conflict resolution in Northern Ireland. Earlier in his career, he led retreats and mission trips domestically and internationally at a large church in Raleigh, NC.
His approach blends organizational strategy, interpersonal insight, and presence-based facilitation to help groups engage deeply and move forward together.
