Retreats for Teens, Young Adults and Adults, and Professionals
Our retreats are an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with what matters most. Each experience is designed to create space for reflection, rest, and renewal. Through guided practices, group discussion, and time in nature, participants deepen self-awareness and return home more grounded, present, and inspired.

Mindfulness: Our Therapeutic Approach to Connection and Growth
As parents ourselves, we understand the trust it takes to send your teen into a new experience. That’s why safety, support, and inclusion are at the heart of every retreat. Our groups are intentionally small, our pace is gentle, and our counselors are trained to meet teens where they are.

Who Attends These?
Our retreats are designed for individuals, parents, professionals, and young adults who want to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Some are open to all, while others focus on specific life stages or roles, such as parents, recent graduates, or therapists seeking personal and professional growth.

Why Attend a Retreat?
Retreats offer something rare: uninterrupted time to step back, listen inwardly, and gain clarity. Participants often leave feeling centered, refreshed, and more connected to their purpose and values. For parents, sending a child on retreat provides them with tools for emotional awareness, resilience, and authentic connection.

What To Expect?
Each retreat offers a thoughtfully guided experience designed to foster reflection, connection, and growth. Participants engage in activities that encourage mindfulness, creativity, and self-discovery — all within a supportive small-group setting led by therapists at Cabush, Paul, and Associates.
